The guest must assess whether the conditions and descriptions of the apartment meet their needs before confirming their reservation. • CHECK-IN: Entry is from 2:00 p.m. Upon request and consultation, your luggage can be received from 11:30 a.m. ALL guests must check-in online and present their ID before 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival to be able to access and use the apartment. Access to the apartment is autonomous with your mobile phone through a link. In-person check-in option: request 24 hours in advance and it will cost €40. • CHECK OUT: departure time is 11:00 a.m. At that time our cleaning service will access the apartment in order to have it ready for the next guest. On the day of your departure, the apartment must be delivered in good clean condition. All garbage must be removed from the apartment and deposited in the different containers on the street.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
